We specialize in Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection for Retail Projects, Commercial Interiors, Public Assemblies, Vertical Transportation (Stairs Assembly/Elevator Steel), Hospitality Projects, Lobbies, Industrial Properties (Exterior Canopy & Dunnage designs) and New Construction. We are accustomeed to handling complicated logistical and installation scenarios along with fast tracked deadline-oriented schedules. 

 

Shoring & SOE Work

Our team is skilled in the development of the Shoring Sequence and Design such as temporarily supporting entire sections of buildings multiple stories down to the foundation. Over  the years we have developed a reputation with our clients as the "go to" Subcontractor for the most challenging Shoring assignments which often involve complex designs and applications which go well past a typical installation of a few shoring posts. We have a highly skilled Engineering team who works closely with the Project Design Team and General Contractor to develop cost effective solutions with minimal impact on project schedule. 

 

Concrete

We perform all traditional Reinforced Structural Concrete including Grade Beams, Piers, Strip Footings, Foundation Walls, Slabs, Columns, Ramps, Raised Slabs, Curbs, Metal Decking and Shear Walls. Aside from this, with our experience in the urban construction environment, we have placed concrete in various scenarios where there was very limited access, often very vertically distant from the job site entry points or projects that present other challenges involving existing conditions.

Masonry

Our work ranges from Structural Masonry for Elevator Shafts, Stairways, Parapets, Raised Slab Ribs, Interior Curbing, Lintel Openings/Storefront modifications, and other forms of CMU Installation. We also specialize in Exterior Thin Brick Systems. We do not perform work on historical preservation buildings.

  

Fireproofing

Our Team is specialized in applying a range of Fire Protection products for Steel Installations as a supplemental service to our Steel Division, specializing in Grace/Monokote Products. We work in both interior alteration projects and new construction and can handle a large range of project sizes.
